採取したキャベツの種を、
昨年の秋にプランターに植えました。
この前、やっと収穫しました。
収穫までの期間が長いので大変ですが、
野菜が高騰する中、家庭菜園は助かります。

Homegrown Cabbage: A Small Victory
Last autumn, I planted cabbage seeds I had collected in a planter.
Just recently, I was finally able to harvest them.
It took quite a long time, and the process wasn’t easy —
but in times like these, when vegetable prices are rising,
having a home garden really makes a difference.
