本場のうどんを食べに、はじめて香川県に行ってきました。
「ふだん食べているうどんと、そんなにちがうのだろうか？」と、
思いながら食べてみると、コシが全く違いました。すごいコシです。
「グミのようだ」と言う人もいるそうです。
ちなみに、行列ができていました。
First Trip to Kagawa for Real Udon
I visited Kagawa for the first time to try authentic udon.
I wondered, “Is it really that different from the udon I usually eat?”
But the moment I took a bite, the answer was obvious —
the chewiness was on a whole different level.
Some people even say it’s “as springy as gummy candy.”
And of course, there was a long line out the door.
